Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in advanced Quality Assurance operations
• Experience with UX testing and retention-driven user experience.
• Cloud testing experience including security, scalability and performance testing.
• Experience in Web applications testing including front-end and back-end.
• Manual testing proficiency, ability to write QA plan and testing procedures including regression testing.
• Knowledge in designing test plans for new features or changed functionality.
• Knowledge in Agile development methodology.
• Team player with growth mindset with an always-learning attitude, and open-minded to share and learn from others.
• Ability to contribute to the product definition process and user experience to promote high retention.
• Self-motivated and high work ethics.

 The position

• The QA Engineer will contribute to product and UX definition.
• The QA Enigneer will interact with harmon.ie R&D and harmon.ie support to optimize product quality and increase customer satisfaction.

Compensation Package

• Monthly salary of 20-30K NIS plus social benefits.
• Annual Bonus of 40-44K NIS based on company objectives.
• Participation in Employee Ownership Program
