About You

Passionate about delivering a great customer experience to our users and be well versed in handling anything clients throw your way. A positive and energetic person with the hunger to grow business and making an impact. The ideal candidate would be experienced in Customer Success & Customer Service in a Tech/SaaS-based business.

What will you do?

  • Lead and define the onboarding of new customers from kickoff until they see value.
  • Support the customer during his different journey phases.
  • Build and execute an account-specific relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls, quarterly business reviews, account documentation, reference management, and account planning sessions.
  • Work closely with our customers with the drive to help them achieve their goals and KPI.
  • Become the customer advocate, collaborating with our Product, Development, COO and CEO.
  • Be part of the success framework creation in Ask-AI
  • Identify new use case of the solution and share best practices with customers.
  • Track and manage customer communication channels and make sure our customers receive the best service.

You’ll be great for this role if you have…

  • At least 3 years experience in Success related roles
  • A passion to learn the products’ functionality, and you’re tech-savvy
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion about customer experience
  • A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • Executive project management skills and able to communicate effectively across the C-suite
  • Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
  • Experience with Slack, Zendesk, Monday – advantage
