Due to massive growth, we are looking for a superstar Head Of Sales with passion, hustle, and technical understanding, to structure our sales process on the growing demand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, building great relationships, and closing deals.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships built on trust and transparency with our partners, customers, and prospects.

  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting, approaching, understanding the needs, and writing proposals to negotiation, closing, and supervising ongoing customer experience.

  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc…)

  • Work closely with AWS’s Account Managers and Partner Managers, and collaborate with our Solutions Architects and Cloud Experts to increase business results.

  • Structure sales processes to allow the expansion of our sales team.

  • Lead demand generation and other associated campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis, directly and with AWS and other partners.

  • Recruit and manage sales persons as the company grows.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of hands-on sales experience in the cloud services/platforms industry – AWS is an advantage.

  • Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining multi-level customer relationships (from Engineers to VP & C-Level executives)

  • Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing industry.

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter, self-organized, Goal-oriented, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in recruitment and management of a team – advantage.

  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.

  • Excellent Hebrew / English written and oral communication skills.

Our office is located at HaShahar tower, near Arlozorov train station.
